We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Stelios was a great host, arrived to welcome us, made excellent recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The villa is great for families, specious with a beautiful garden. Kids particularly enjoyed trampolines, billiard, the pool and a private football court. Stunning view from the upper balcony. The locations is also great, isolated but also close to protaras and nearby beaches.

Very nice place, close to many attractions. Communicate with your host at the highest level. Stylianos was very responsive to our messages, recommended nearby places, restaurants. The house is very spacious (we were 4 families of 15 people). The pool is cool/big, but we only used once because of the temperatures. A big plus a playground so we could play daily football games with the kids after day trips. We recommend and thank you for your hospitality. Kinga

We booked the villa for a big family celebration. We found Stylianos a very friendly and helpful host. He responded to our needs immediately and was always on hand with any questions answered.
The villa was beyond our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. We thoroughly recommend anyone to stay at this villa. The grounds were immaculate and the pool and amenities were spot on.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We loved Cyprus and will be back!

For a group holiday this is the perfect place to stay, Stylianos was very responsive whenever I had a question before our check in, whilst we were there he came to say hello and answer any questions we had. The villa itself is beautiful, very clean, and accommodates 15 people very well. There is a lovely outside area and a football pitch which was amazing for our group. I would recommend to anyone to stay here, it’s a great location very close to restaurants, bars, beaches and more. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The host is great, very friendly and very responsive. Anything we wanted he accomodated quickly. The accomodation was great for a big group of people. Lots of space and all the necessary amenities were there. Definitely worthed the stay there.
